Reimbursement Policy

This Reimbursement Policy applies to all payments or donations made through https://cinalex.org/ via Stripe and PayPal.
1. Donations
Voluntary donations are non-refundable. By making a donation, you confirm that you are not entitled to any goods or services in return and waive any right to reimbursement, except in the case of proven fraud or error (e.g., duplicate transaction, unauthorized payment).

In case of such an error, please notify us within 14 days by writing to:

Include the date of the transaction, the amount, the name under which the donation was made, and proof of payment.
2. Paid Events or Services
If you register and pay for an event or service (e.g., webinars, courses, workshops), the following terms apply:

Cancellations by the participant:

If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the event date, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations or changes by the organizer:

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the Website, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to attend on a new date.

No-show:

If you do not attend an event without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

3. Method and Timing of Refunds
Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 working days using the same payment method originally used (PayPal or Stripe). Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
